Although I cannot teach you about Espers or Astral Juggernauts, I can at least tell you I possess an Esper within me and it is sometimes a bother to me, and that I have been known to bring forth an Astral Juggernaut into the Prime Material Plane, he was of particular aid against Maligno during the last Baronial Feast. I wish you well on your search for extremely rare and elusive knowledge. I have in my time on Arawyn only met a single Fey Noble, and it was a very brief meeting, though he was polite. The fey, I am sure you can find instruction on though as this is something I have seen to become a more common monstrous knowledge.
