Should you see Jonas Kane walking down the street or at the Dragon's Claw Inn, do not call for the Guard to have him returned to his cell.

His Grace, Count Everest, has seen fit, in an example of Yuletide clemency, to release Jonas Kane back into the world, with a stern warning never again to take cruel advantage of the subjects of Travance.
