The August Mages' Guild meetings will be held as follows:

Our formal Guild meeting will be held at 1:00 Saturday afternoon at the Guild Hall.

Our informal, teaching / information sharing meeting will be held at 4:00 in front of the Inn and is open to all.

I am aware that this notice is going up very late. I would be appreciative for your assistance in spreading the word.

My apologies for not making either meeting this moon.

I had not seen this notice and nobody spread the word (at least to me) that the meetings would be held at these times. I could've possibly made the earlier meeting, though was indisposed during the second.
